S.T.R.B.R.Y is our most recent project. This store is located at a premium location in the city center of the heart of Europe (The Hague).

If your a professional its good to know we have been offering our services to prefessional athletes for over two decades. We have worked intensevely with over a hundred of well known Dutch personalities in the past years as well as professional athletes and businessmen and woman.

When it comes to professional athletics its important to understand we do not offer our services for any form of bodybuiding shows also called 'competitions'

The STRBRY store offers the highest level of service to beginners and professionals. We have created an atmosphere in which you can shop without any form of disturbance as a result of our strict door policy. This way our staff are able to provide our clients more service and exclusivity.
You can taste many proteins and preworkouts for free during regular visits but also get invited to the many events we organize.  

Keep in mind that everyone entering the store must respect our house rules and the instructions given by our crew. We are visited by hundreds of regular customers every month as well as many high profile clients and celebrities. Soccer players from the KNVB as well as other professional athletes and public figures visit our store regularly. We do not want to have any association with any individuals using steroids. Any form of loud behavior or refusal to follow directions from staff will result in a permanent ban from the store. 

  A modern software solution linked to the personal card of each client allows our staff to understand our clients’ needs better than regular fitness stores. Your preferences for certain products, certain brands, your allergies, medical condition, your goals and other important aspects are registered in a system our staff consult during each visit. No matter which one of our collegues assist you, the person who assists you follows certain guidlines set by their superiors and must consult your file whenever you visit the store. Our staff our given internal coursus on regular bases and 1 on 1 training from senoir staff members. This is one of the key elements to why many sport entousiasts apply for a job at STRBRY.

When entering the store you scan your card and our staff can welcome you by your name and directly see your preferences for specific products or warnings in the system added by our dietitians, advisors and senior staff members. At S.T.R.B.R.Y you receive the same services provided to many professional athletes and celebrities who visit us due to our broad knowledge of the fitness industry and sport nutrition. At S.T.R.B.R.Y. you’re ‘a person’ not ‘a number’. You’ve  never seen such an impressive brand portfolio before. S.T.R.B.R.Y. only sells premium brands and from each brand we select the best selling products for you. We receive the products sooner due to our position as a distributor but also have access to more varieties and flavors of each product.

When a new brand hits the market we are among the first to receive the brand.  The store holds over 15 top brands and hundreds of products but you can also order any product you wish at the ‘HUB’. This is a system that’s linked to our warehouse stock. You can choose to pick up your products at the store or have them delivered to your home address.This way you can order almost  any product available on the market if the product is from one of premium American brands.

‘Home brands’ named after ‘webshops’  often consist of lower quality. This is why we do not distribute webshop brands but for the same price you could be ordering top brands that are made in the brands own facilities in the US. Out of the many brands on the market today we do not distribute B and C -quality brands. Many of these brands contain huge amounts of unnecessary chemicals, hidden substances and in many cases harmful ingredients.

Basically said: “if we are not reselling a brand (after 20 years of distribution experience) , then there is a good reason for this decision”. This strategy is also known among many of the manufacturers among our network. For this reason many new brands approach us every year in the hope that we allow a trail period for their brand to be sold in the S.T.R.B.R.Y -store where their brand will sit next to some of the most famous brands in the world which will offer them great publicity as well as brand recognition. After the initial trial period at the store, the brand could be added to our distribution network after which it will be distributed to over 400 webshops, stores and gyms resulting in a ‘kick start’ for a new brand. The decision to introduce a new brand is made after months of research on the product composition and close contact with the manufacturer. 

At the S.T.R.B.R.Y. store there are three diferrent types of staff:  

1. Store Assistants
Our store assistants are only strictly permitted to show you the location of products and offer basic general information on how to combine products.
They do not offer general Wikipedia information and are not allowed to exchange any personal information with you. For example:  You can ask our staff where the ‘creatine’ can be found without a flavor, which ‘preworkout’ is the strongest or ‘stimfree’ and which mass gainer is available for below a certain price. Store assistants are not allowed to offer you any substantive advice about products or information on how to follow a diet.In these cases you may consult one of our advisers or dietitians

2. Advisors
When you looking to reach a certain goal (for example weight gain or loss) and in need of certain products to achieve your goals, our advisors can advise ‘combination packages’ for you. Sit down with one of our advisors for free and enjoy a warm cup of coffee. Tell our advisor more about your goals and current lifestyle.Based on your wishes our adviser will hand pick products for you. Your health related factors, training and work schedule are all taken in consideration.
Our advisors advice you on which products to combine to be able reach your goals in a swift and healthy way. Advisors will add information to your file so that during future visits the store assistants can assist you in buying the right products.
  
3. Dietitians
When in need of a diet it’s good to know we offer some of the most modern dietary solutions and have over 2 decades of experience in this field. We can offer 2  types of diets: 1. Custom made diet ( A ‘Keto’ diet, a  regular diet or any other type of diet you prefer) 2. A DNA- based -diet.  We create a custom made diet specially for you, based on your (and your ancestors)  genetic factors. For this diet a sample of your saliva must be sent to a university in the US. This can take up a couple of weeks.The DNA based diet is one of the famous diets we offer professional athletes.

As a distributor we are closer to the manufacturers than regular resellers. We are in direct contact with the sales managers from the brands and are often invited to visit the facilities and meet the people behind the brands.This allows us to gain more knowledge and a better understanding of new product releases. 
As a result, we know the products we sell like no other. This is also reflected in the impressive range of exclusive American premium brands. Compare this to visiting a  'Apple Store' as opposed to a 'Apple Reseller. We do not consider other stores as competitors. We supply many other stores in and outside the region as well as large web shops. From this position we are able to function objectively.

We understand that you want to save money by shopping with us, but that you also like variety and therefore do not want to purchase 6 of the same flavors or products (as is often required at wholesalers). To accommodate you as a private customer, we have set a low minimum order amount for the wholesale discount of only 350 Euros. You may combine multiple flavors and/or products (Example Creatine+Proteine+Prewokrout).

Be the first when new products arrive! 
As a disrtibutore we receive the latest products from the US sooner than the rest! After the containers have arrived and are unloaded at the port, the products are transported to our own warehouse from where they are distributed to hundreds of stores an webshops, but new arrivals will be brought to the STYRBRY store first and only distributed after two weeks! 
Our clients receive a message prior to new arrivals.

We have larger stocks and more variants of the products. For example of the latest flavors and limited editions.This gives you months early access to the latest supplements from the US (including limited flavors).

 New products every 14 days
A visit to S.T.R.B.R.Y always remains exciting because you never know in advance which new products you will encounter.
New products are introduced every 2 weeks.
