These are customers who have previously opened an account at the store.

After the next event, which is planned for the 28th of September, we will be taking new clients and activating new accounts.

If you are an existing client of the store, please visit the store and ask the staff to activate your account.
If you are a new client, you may request an account, but it will be activated in a couple of weeks. If you want to purchase any products sooner, you may visit the store.

Instructions for New (Online) Clients:

  1. Wait for Activation: Your account will be activated within a few hours.
  2. Select Products: Browse our selection, choose your desired products, and add them to your basket.
  3. Submit Your Order: Send us your order. There's no need to pay at this stage—just submit your order, and our team will take it from there.
  4. Stock Check and Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we'll verify stock availability and contact you if any products or flavors are unavailable.
  5. Invoice/Payment Link: We will send you the invoice or payment link via email.
  6. Complete Payment: After making the payment, we will proceed with shipping your items to you.

Discount Activation Process:

We will activate your discount when you reach 499 or 1999 points, but you must request it yourself. When you reach 499 or 1999 points, please inform us so that we can activate your discount. Simply send us a message through your account to notify us that you have reached 499 or 1999 points.

For Existing Clients:

If you are an existing client, please visit the store. Our colleagues will assist you in either opening a new account or activating your existing account and discounts.
